One HPC is a multi-disciplinary private fitness and wellness center that caters to a variety of clients from individuals with special needs to high-level athletes to stay-at-home moms. As well as personal training, our services include nutritional counseling, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, physical therapy and classes in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, etc.
